Lulu
Spayed and micro-chipped, Lulu is a friendly 5 year old black and tan bitch whose current family comprise of a toddler and two bull terriers that are much too boisterous for her. Lulu's owners feel she would be much happier in a different environment where there is time to focus on her needs, as she has loads of affection to give.
Lulu has good recall and likes playing with balls and sticks, is good with other dogs and has never shown any aggression. Lulu can be seen in West Yorkshire. Full details from Sue Garner on (01895) 253578. If leaving a message please give land line number to return the call, or ring back later.
Monty
New 'kid' on the block is Monty, a black and tan castrated male about 2 years old who has been passed around a few homes in his short life.
Nevertheless, Monty is a nice dog who has shown no aggression - obviously he is a little bit anxious and hand shy but he has the makings of a good dog.
Monty cannot be rehomed with children or pets, simply because absolutely no history came with him. He needs someone to be at home because he is not ready to be left alone and will need socialisation and training.
Very clean and well settled in his kennel, Monty can be seen in Ayrshire, Scotland. Further details (and please no mobile numbers if leaving a message) from Evelyn Sengendo on (01294) 272184.
Jade
Up-date: Prospective home in line for Jade to be confirmed by early August. Jade will soon be looking for a new home having recently been spayed - she is black and tan, aged 18 months old, and has vaccinations that are up to date.
Her current owners are unable to keep her because she is not getting on with their aged terrier.
Quite timid and nervous of strangers, Jade needs someone who is willing to put in the socialisation and training time she needs - she does have a lot to learn, but it will be a very rewarding process.
Jade lives with her brother and it would benefit them both to be separated. She travels well in the car and enjoys being brushed or playing with her toys. Jade is good with the children in her current family.
More information about this young Dobermann bitch is available from from Sue Garner on (01895) 253578. Please remember not to leave a mobile number if you leave a message. Thank you.

Black and tan, docked dobie bitch born in April 2005. Micro-chipped with vaccinations up to date, Millie is up for rehoming.
Millie has had three homes - she is a really sweet character and always been rehomed through no fault of her own. Millie is unsure when out of her comfort zone but learns fast. Thoughtful, caring, quiet home in the country sort for this deserving girl who is currently in foster care waiting to be spayed. When we were first introduced to Millie she was quite traumatized but now she has settled in well to her foster home is gaining confidence daily and starting to be playful and showing that she loves to have fun. Please call Evelyn Sengendo on (01294) 272184 if you are that special person who can give Millie her forever home. Millie can be seen in Aberdeenshire.

Kyra
Kyra, black and tan, spayed, docked three and a half year old dobermann bitch with vaccinations up-to-date needs new home as her owners are emigrating. Kyra is anxious when she meets new dogs but once she has been socialised with them gets on well. Loves playing with toys, has a sense of fun and will steal the staffie's toys and play 'catch me if you can'.
Kyra has not lived with children but has always been very good with friends visiting children. She is unsure of strangers and will bark but soon settles after an introduction and has never shown any aggression. She is a real people dog and would benefit from a home where someone is around most of the day. Kyra has been happily living with a male staffie, loves sunning herself, paddling in the pool with her staffie mate and then curling up in bed with him.
Please call Evelyn Sengendo on (01294) 272184 if you can offer Kyra who is near Glasgow a good home.

Brown and tan bitch said to be 8 years but doesn't look 6 years old, very good looking and in excellent condition only being being rehomed due to change in domestic circumstances. Kira is in our kennels in Ayrshire,we understand she has been living in a flat with little or no time for her due to commitment to children. Interested parties should call Evelyn Sengendo on (01294) 272184 who will have more detail after she has spent more time with her. Please don't be ageist this girl deserves a loving home. Some of our mature dobes have been the most successfully rehomed.
Bailey - Click On Picture For Larger Version
Brown and tan, 4 year old male with a sweet nature who loves children. Poor Bailey spent the first 3 years of his life confined to a kennel in a 6ft length enclosure which has resulted in him developing stereotypical behaviour problems of pacing backwards and forwards. He was originally handed into an all breed rescue, in an emaciated state, with an eye infection and a poor coat. He was homed by them to a loving environment which unfortunately was not suitable for Bailey's specific needs.
After a DWA assessment Bailey's owners reluctantly agreed that it would be in his best interests to come into our care. We are now working with Bailey to help him overcome his behavioural problems however he would really benefit by being in a home with someone who has the time and understanding to help him overcome his issues. Dedicated experience dobermann lovers who feel they could offer Bailey his forever home should contact either Sue Garner on (01895) 253578 or Sue James between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on her mobile 077890 71738 for further information.
Tara
Black and tan and approximately 6 years old this cracking looking bitch is a handsome and powerful individual with bags of character. Tara is seeking a similar owner who is experienced with her breed and has a large secure garden or grounds. Tara will not be rehomed with other pets or a young family as she is such a strong, boisterous individual who needs a one to one relationship with her new owner for further training. Unfortunately Tara is not good with other dogs or cats. Tara is spayed and vaccinated, travels well in the car is very friendly and greets people with enthusiasm. It is difficult to understand how this bitch ended up in a rescue centre. She does require further training on the lead and is walked on a halti or gencon. In the right hands and out of kennels she should make a great companion. Tara loves being with people and needs her forever home. If you are that special person please call Evelyn Sengendo on (01294) 272184.
Brooke - Click On Pictures For Larger Versions
Approximately 2 years old, this brown and tan bitch has a docked tail and we understand that she originally came in from Ireland as a stray.
Brooke has been subjected to cruel treatment in her life which has made her very nervous.
In need of a calm environment in an experienced Dobermann home, Brooke should be the only dog in the house with no children.
The reason for this is that we do not know her history - she would be better in a home where there is somebody at home most of the time because Brooke is going to need a lot of time and patience to help her get over her anxieties.
She is being cared for in our kennels in South Wales. For further details please call Sue James, on 07789 071738 during kennel opening hours - Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm.
Ramsey - Click On Pictures For Larger Versions
Update: Ramsey goes to his new home in August date to be fixed.
This black and tan castrated male is approximately 6 years old and has up to date vaccinations. Sadly Ramsey needs to be rehomed as his family is moving abroad. He's a friendly dog who, although strong on the lead, is well behaved off lead - but he cannot be allowed loose around farm livestock.
Ramsey enjoys being given a warm bath, playing with his toys, especially chasing a ball, and travels well in the car. He can be left for reasonable periods without problems, is living with teenage children and has lived with a cat in his previous home.
At the moment Ramsey has a Kerry Blue as a companion and can be seen in the Vale of Glamorgan. He is awaiting DWA assessment and will not be up for rehoming until the end of April. To register your interest or for more information, please call Sue Garner on (01895) 253578.

Ruby - Click On Pictures For Larger Versions
This is a two and a half year old brown and tan spayed bitch with a tail. Although Ruby has lived with another Dobermann and children, she was very anxious and insecure in this environment.
She is a generally nervous dog and may take a little while to settle into a new home. Ruby requires a calm environment in an experienced Dobermann home where she is an only dog and there are no children living at the house.
Ruby would be best suited to a household where there is somebody at home most of the time. She is good on the lead and doesn't pull, but she doesn't yet recall when off the lead.

An affectionate dobermann who has been well cared for, Heidi has settled well in kennels but now needs to go to her forever home. She can go to a family with children aged 11 years or over, and in the past has lived with a GSD - so she should be fine with another dog.
Heidi has loads of character, is full of energy and gives you a lovely big grin of a smile as her greeting!
Ash - Click On Pictures For Larger Versions
Update: Home Check carried out for Ash and he is now in his new home.
Black and tan male dobermann just 10 months old, he has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Originally from Ireland, so he has been docked as well. Ash travels well in a car, and is walked on a halti.
Ash is up for rehoming due to his owner's ill health, he currently lives with 3 other dogs, but is nervous and reactive around new dogs and needs someone willing to put in the time and effort to socialise him so he can become a well rounded dog. Ash is also anxious around new humans but warms up well with a few treats.
Ash has had no exposure to cats or children so a home without either would be in his best interests. He is a lovely little boy who with training and socialisation should make a wonderful pet.
